What to realistically expect for this? Developed and undeveloped?

Two good keywords with a less popular extension.

Having said that .biz fits the keywords well.

reg fee + for reseller

$xx - $xxx if you can find an end user

Hope that helps. Some good development would help in a realestate sense for an end user. I would keep it for now. Park on SEDO or NameDrive if not developing.
