C&D Query - need to reveal earnings?

Heya,

I've had a letter similar to a C&D threatening "will take further action to protect our client" on a TM name.

They asked for me to transfer name, and want to know what the SEDO parking program paid me for this name, and a signed letter not to infringe again..

Do I need to hand over all these details? I'll transfer the name - but not sure as to the other requests.

Just transfer the name if you want.
Don't sign anything. Don't send stats or anything else.
