There is no fee for transferring a .ca domain. One can only assume you are charging this fee because you are asking a ridiculous buy now price yet you start your auction at $1. It looks like you're charging this fee because you know the domains have no value, no bids and will likely sell for the $1. So a $1 domain plus $25 for this "fee" makes you $26. This is what your auction looks like, you take it for what it is.
