I am not charging any fee. As I stated the buyer is reposnsible for any fees and when I bought these names the fee was $25. The buyer will pay whatever fees they have to transfer the name. They will not be paying me anything.

There is no fee for transferring a .ca domain. One can only assume you are charging this fee because you are asking a ridiculous buy now price yet you start your auction at $1. It looks like you're charging this fee because you know the domains have no value, no bids and will likely sell for the $1. So a $1 domain plus $25 for this "fee" makes you $26. This is what your auction looks like, you take it for what it is.

When he did, he said I should make the buyer aware of the transfer fees...he didn't ask me to pay them though, just suggested I make buyers aware of them (I didn't know they existed) I never got the impression he was trying to bilk me. He never hinted that I pay them for him.

Thanks Canadian. Dont bother wasting your time. DNGeeks is just some loser sitting in his parents basement looking to make his life meaningful by patrolling the forums and pretending he is some sort of Domain Name superhero. Unfortunately for him I am one of the straightest shooters on here.

When I bought the names, Sibernames made me pay $25 per name to transfer and I sucked it up and paid it. So thats why I said in the auction "BEWARE" you may have to pay fees to transfer the name.

Registrant transfer procedure costs $25 CAD and includes 1 year domain name renewal. In order to transfer a domain from one registrant to another, the following steps are followed:

If you dont have a CIRA account, please create a new registrant ID online. Please confirm the registration with CIRA before proceeding to the next step. You will receive instructions to your email address you specified.
Submit a transfer application online through the domain manager. Please find a 'Registrant Transfer' link there. The procedure will be started upon a successful payment.
After the procedure is started, the losing registrant will receive an email which he has to confirm with CIRA.
After he/she confirms, the gaining registrant will receive an email from CIRA to confirm the transfer.
As the last step we will confirm the transfer.
The domain transfer will be completed. The domain will be renewed for 1 year.

That is not a CIRA fee, that's a sibername fee.

CIRA charges their registrars $8.50 for transfer of ownership but that INCLUDES an additional one year of registration.

I pointed these documents out earlier, yet no one chose to read them.

So again I point out that your auctions are misleading. At first it appeared you were charging this fee and stating it was a CIRA fee. Now we find out it's not a CIRA fee at all but a registrar fee. Your auction is still wrong and that was point of my thread.
