I am looking for a reseller program for purchasing/regg .CA Domains

the folowing criteria is important:
-CIRA approved registrar
-brandable interface CP/payment/etc
-funtional control panel
-back end payment processing (not important)


does anyone know of such a beast

namespro does not have a timetable for the reseller program and thier affiliate program is a joke, had definate sales using the affiliate link with no credit
- will look at Tucows now
