If you want my honest advice, stay away from this TLD. It's been marketed as TLD for Los Angeles for many years, so it's nothing new.
It's already hard enough to convince people to buy one for regfee, so the odds of selling one on the aftermarket are virtually nil.
I'm sorry but you are at the end of the food chain here.

Thanks for your input. I have had some interest in it, but not a huge amount. This would probably be for the reasons you have listed.

Maybe I should approach some cafes in LA
