Understand. For me it's a long term hold. Makes me money, so not in any rush to sell. New oceanfront city in Ventura Co. being developed with high-end real estate. Expected to eventually have 25,000-50,000 population. Should one day be the equivalent of Manhatten Beach, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, etc.
