CaliforniaPropertyManager [dot] com

Was thinking about putting together a mini-site or some type of portal... wanted to see what you all think first...

Has been registered since 2004

823,000 EXACT matches on google for "California Property Manager"

I really think this domain has some decent value even undeveloped considering the amount of houses / properties that are owned by banks and developers that require Property Managers to maintain them.

Thanks in advanced!

I agree, especially in this real estate market, this name has great potential. If I were you I would put up a basic property management info site, get it google ranked then sell small ads. Present it to every Cali Property management site out there and sell them an ad on the page for $200 a year. Then when you have 10 companies advertising sell the site to someone or one of them for 5x the yearly revenue.
