Hi All,
I am looking to create a txt doc or small program that can add a word to all the end of the existing words see example below.

Input txt doc

Abbey Wood
Acton
Addington
Addiscombe
Alperton

Output txt doc with the word London added to the end of each word

Abbey Wood London
Acton London
Addington London
Addiscombe London
Alperton London

Can this be done
any help would be great.

in unix:
sed 's/$/ London/' orig.txt > new.txt

in windows:
use ms word
edit->find->replace
find what: ^p
replace with: London^p
the ^ is above the 6. ^p means find paragraph marker (end of line)

Thanks Chickenhawk went with the ms one, thanks again.
