Can anyone see anything wrong with this?

I found this link 1najt.cn/luqmani/luqmani-thompson-partners.html
whilst searching for one of my own websites .All EXCEPT the
1najt.cn is same as mine.

Can anyone with experience of such things tell me if there is
a trojan or virus of any kind linked to this website ?.

It showed me a website the first time but then when I went
to revisit I got 403 Forbidden and the url below
