For Sale Can expired domain get back into GG index?

Hi,
Sorry if this question has been answered already, but I have not been able to find a post about that.
I bought about 20 domain names with backlinks in GG, but I did not check whether the domains were still indexed by Google. And unfortunately they were not (for the most part of them).
I have added numerous strong backlinks pointing to those domain names, but the domains still don't appear in Google's index.
So my question is: once a domain name has been removed from gg's index, is it impossible to index it again? I've heard that some people solved this problem by contacting Google. Does anybody know any email adress?

Note: my question is only for Google. Most of my domain names are in other search engines indexes.

hi. from past experience, once a domain is removed from google due to it expiring it's usually a few months before it can be relisted (after it is renewed or registered). most of my domains started showing back up 4-8 months later.

is there is a phone number, that may be but i don't think that google will make exceptions unless the site is somewhat popular.
