Can i join DS if i have 600 = domains?

i heard that they only accept quality domains. i dun have much i think..not sure... n they will optimise the domains first in teh first mth or so then first mth no revenues? can anybody shed a light?

You can apply...no harm in doing that. If you get accepted great, if not, you know the answer anyway.
