...and not have a case brought up against me or should I contact a DN attorney and find out what my best course of action is? If so, does anyone know of a good one that doesn't charge an arm and a leg for advice? :)

Are you sure it is a TM domain name? There might be a reasonable reason for you to have and use it.

Much as I've noted on the forums that many domainers seem to have a skewed impression of what the word "generic" means, a handful sometimes don't realize that they might have legitimate rights to a domain, even if it happens to correspond to a trademark.
