Can someone please tell me what the heck this link is? Is it just spam or spyware?

I got another one and had a closer look. If you click the link it goes to a page that says they are testing a new browser. If you hang your mouse over that link it will launce ecard.exe. Don't click it. Do a search on the net for ecard.exe and it will tell you it's a trojan.
