Can you still create a free enom account?

When I wanted to give a domain to somebody in the past I would just tell them to create a free enom account and I would push it to them.

But, I was just looking around on Enom today and I don't see anyhere to create a free account anymore. Did they completey get rid of the ability to make a free account?

Yep, looks like Enom.com only has the signup link for a reseller account. But enomcentral.com has the link for the FREE account.
