This is a great consistent revenue domain. I have done little work to and have just parked at Sedo. With a little smarts, someone can triple the revenue easily.
~Low starting bid domain auction ~ Can4.com has received consistent revenue ($180 month Sedo Revenue) and traffic (300 visits daily) for over two years and numbers are increasing. 85% of traffic is from pure Type-Ins based on a very unique and wildly profitable niche. The domain parked at Sedo easily makes $2200 every year. Knowing how low Sedo pays in PPC, this domain could easily make doubles parked revenue else where or if developed the site would easily make double or triple it's current $6 a day Sedo Parked revenue. Even tweeking the keywords can net you the current auction price in a year.Can4.com is a star, it is a pure type-in, has niche traffic, has consistent and increasing traffic for over two years.It will not disappoint.

Auction Update: [/FONT]The Sedo auction page is incorrectly showing 7.371 as the monthly visitors, when in fact the visitors on a monthly basis is 7,371 or seven thousand three hundred & seventy one monthly visitors.
