What is this domain worth? I see the .org owner (for the same keyword) has it listed for $821. I have owned this one (.net) for almost 4 years now. I either want to sell it if I can get a good price, or I would like to develop a website (maybe white label motel affiliate) but not sure who and where to approach.
Please appraise and any ideas on building out a website would be appreciated.
BTW it gets around 30-50 visitors a month. Some months are low some a little more.
