Horrible experience, transferred all my domains out. They take a over a week to do a simple task and even then...it was not completed. So i am here to vent my frustrations. I just transferred all the domains to namespro! At least they know how to treat their customers.

Investor I totally agree with you, I am also moving all my names to namespro.

Every thing you try to do with Netfirms is a hassle and so slow. I have over 60 names with them. To change all your contact info for the domains is a sloooooow procedure, like one name at a time.:asleep:

I sent their support an inquiry to see if I could do a bulk change, this is the reply.

"Thank you for contacting Netfirms.

Netfirms does not act as a bulk domain name registrar since we list each domain name as a stand along product the contact information for each domain name would need to be updated manually.

Thank you,"

Like are these guys outdated or what?:?:

Yes, their reply yesterday to me about why it has taken over a week to simply do a registrant profile transfer to an existing cira account was this. "We only have one person working in the .ca." I couldn't handle it anymore, i told them i was leaving...i contacted their management and let them know also. Then i proceeded to transfer all my names to namespro. Even though namespro is a bit expensive, they gave me a 15% discount and it really made no difference.
