there was a big story in the news today that a company has invented a new way of treating cancer. Basically they inject a blood-sample of the patient that has previously been "trained" to attack cancer-markers.

Please let me know what you think of the following domains:

thats what I also thought. I am sure science is on the brink of a breakthrough with this technology. Just imagine: They had 100% success rate in mice and are in the process of an expedited treatment of their vaccine in the approval process already. So great news for cancer-patience and great news for owners of cancer vaccine domains

I saw it on MSNBC TV (or one of the other big news-channels on TV). I don't know where the original article might be, but a bit of searching on MSNBC.com for "Cancer vaccine" brings up a ton of stuff already".

And they clearly mentioned the treatment as a cancer vaccine several times in the TV-show also.

So chances are my domains are going up (not even to talk about what blessing that treatment will be for all those devastated by that horrible illness!).

i searched myself and found a propaganda
pancreatic , breast , colon , lung,...... cancer vaccine
not sure of that but if you asked any physician about cancer vaccine he will laugh at you because if you know what is cancer you would have realized that two .
it may be a vaccine against viruses predipose to cancers like in cervical cancer....
anyway it has many google results and will have potential

gotasale, don't have all the details but here is what the new method does:
1) they take some of your blood
2) they "train" (chemically) some of your immune-cells to recognize certain proteins as hostile. These proteins are on the surface of cancer-cells
3) now they bind these trigger-proteins to a harmless influenca-virus and inject the blood back into your body.
4) Your body recognizes the influenca-viruses and starts to attack them and because they have these trigger-proteins on them also, your body now starts to also attack your cancer-cells.

So it is actually a vaccine that does the trick. You inject it into your body and your body starts to fight against your cancer-cells.

That's how it works and that's why it is called a cancer-vaccine.

Anyway, you can read more about the stuff on the company's website. I think the company was called "Introgen" and is situated in Austin.
