I've had my hands on this one, Canon just announced a brand new technology for their cameras, "canon blink shot". What it does is allows cameras to not take a picture until everyone's eyes are open. THIS WAS JUST RECENTLY ANNOUNCED. News is already popping up across the net, and once it hits mainstream these key words will be in high very high demand.

For comparison, playstationhome was just announced by Sony this week, and already playstationhome.com has gotten offers for over $2k.

If you hold the domain, and simply place a for sale sign on it, or even use it as a landing page, you aren't doing anything wrong. Think about it, is it really worth it for Canon to pay their attorneys $10s of thousands of dollars to gain possession of a domain url, or just pay the owner a few grand and call it a day, IF they even want to use it.

It is one thing if you set up a SITE and market products, but if you just hold the domain, then you aren't infringing anything. k:
