Can't seem to transfer IN

Hello

I've e-mailed you regarding this but have not yet received a reply.

I would like to transfer IDN ccTLDs to Moniker, but when I enter the url into the input-bar and press "go", the page is reloaded and nothing seems to happen.

I enter the url in the form of xn--blahblahblah and select ".cn" in the dropdown.

The status page shows that nothing is pending.

Am I missing something?
