When I see it, I think “Car forty-three,” not “Car for free”

If the numbers are read separately, it is “Car Four, Three.”

So your objective with wanting people to see “free” does not seem to work.

I'd say low $xx for this undeveloped.

While I don't see being able to use it as meaning 'Car For Free', it would be a nice domain for a Richard Petty fansite, or for selling Richard Petty collectibles. At least, that's what I would do with it.
