The site allows users to post and pays them .03 per post. Currently the site has 17,185 posts and 604 users. The site earns revenue via adsense and offers from various sponsors. Last month all posters who earned $15 or more were paid and the site earned a small profit of $50. Currently adsense revenue is about $2.00 per day. Great potential here for the right person who
can drive more traffic to the site or optimize the ads or sponsors better. Its
a growing community with about 450 unique visitors per day.

I would not be selling a site i did not own... I purhaced it a couple of weeks ago form the previous owner.

With 17,000 posts being paid at $0.03 per post works out to about $500. Has the site made more than $500 with Adsense?

it was probally 17k posts over time... he paid that much out last month, not entirely.

We have only owned the site for a couple of weeks now. All the posts and payouts were over time. The majority of users post and never are able to
stick around long enough to receive the payout. Only a small postion of
users last month were paid out, i believe 5 of them.

This is pretty consistent for each day.

We are firm on the buy-it-now. I have offers close. As you can see since we listed this yesterday there were atleaset 500 more posts added to the forum.
