Hi guys.

Im an affiliate of a certain casino and have been recieving emails off them recently regarding my account.
I do not get a many sign ups as I used to as I do not promote my website as much anymore, mainly because I have a full time job and dont have the time.
From the people I did sign up over the months a lot seem to still be playing as I have been recieving payment for a %percentage of those player losses.

The casino now wants me to sign up more players or they will 'assume' I dont want to be an affiliate of theirs anymore and they will close my account.

Can the casino close my account just because I am making money off players I have signed up in the past and because I am not bringing in those numbers anymore?

I thought you earned a percentage of what the casino makes off your players 'for life'? And not just when you dont keep bringing them business month in month out?

Many Thanks :)

many of them insert small print into their TOS, saying you have to sign up so many within a certain time period or they snatch your account, it is not right but make sure you read the fine print in the TOS.

You only earn a percentage for life as long as you bring them their minimum requirement, monthly, for life.

If they close your account, just change the links on your website to another Casino without those terms in the TOS.
