Resale value of this domain is how much you paid for it and Guys with the right. But if you paid As much I seen on the domain marketing the domain should be out of your budget put casino affiliates and ebooks and affilates places casino get a good seo gut this site can easily make 100k a year in revenue and branding potenintial. If you sale it as it is you might not get ass much as you paid for it at namejet which I have seen in xxxx region but if you find someone who is just like you enduser it is a 20k sale. A domain reseller 5k easily and if you can pump 100k a month it a world resource casino forum.it can be a million plus so hire best developers and build dont sale because of how much you paid for it you might not get it back.So value of this domain can go from 5k-million ( with good marketing ,seo and high paying affiliate or create your affiliate programs through the program) This is definitely a great domain with a lot potential which only can become a million plus domain with proper development but at market conditons a quick sale 5k a hold out sale 10k and enduser 20k and development 10x annual earnings +10k

As I can find out from your opinions, this domain is saying: "Develop me!"

I will definitely do that.

I know I've maybe paid a lot for it (competitors were still bidding on that) but I was thinking as bmugford stated above that Keyword+forum has always been a good combination for online community websites. So probably, as alanj878 said, I've paid an enduser price, so better develop it.

Considering what online casinos pay to affiliates and reading stories of successful people making $$$$, well, I will give it a try.

I offered $20K for this in February. You'll need to do lots of promotion, pokerforum.com has had 1 post in the last 3 months, mainly because it's not on the home page. Lots of money can be made with casinos, check out casinoaffiliateprograms.com they mail out a magazine every few months.
