I bought one of the new domain snaps. I received confirmation
of the receipt of the money and the name of domain that I snapped was on the confirmation email.

a couple hours later, I went to order another. But, I also checked
to see if the domain name I ordered earlier was blocked. It was not. I went to Snapnames. And, it was not blocked there either.

So, I am refraining from buying from Domain Snaps until I know that it is working properly.

Another problem with Domain Snaps is that it does not take
American Exp. I try to consolidate business charges onto two cards. Amex. is my first choice.

Greg, I need for you to offer a special to win your customers back!!

Without profit I can't pay my employees. ;)

Snaps need to be instant. Are the DNF Snaps instant?

I just checked at the snapnames site. The domain name has been "X" . But, should I assume I am the one who got the snap?
I guess I will assume I am the one who has the snap!

Ok, guys. They have it working.

I checked to see if there was a particular domain had a snap on it. It did not. I bought one from Domain Snaps. About 10 min. ago. I just checked. And, the domain is now "X".

Congratulations - Domain Snaps.

However, I would rather buy it from Greg at "DS's" price? But, I understand. None of us can afford to operate a business unprofitably.

I have often completed the purchase process at the SnapNames.com site but not got the final "invoice" screen, nor the e-mail confirmation which you should always get.

At first I was "thrown" when I found the names weren't "snapped".

Maybe this is what has happened to you. I assume domainsnaps.com uses SnapNames.com in the same way that Snaps.com does.

Now I know I need to see the invoice screen. If I don't, I repeat the process until the order "sticks".

No. That is not what I was saying. I did receive an completed invoice from the processing company for domain snaps.

What I was saying was that, it took a while for the completed snap to show up when I checked it later at snapnames. (I figured I would go to the source for accuracy.)

But, earlier today I bought another one. And, it showed up quickly at snapnames.

I have bought a couple more since then. So, I am satisfied with their ability to cover the snap.

But, Greg. Your system is better. with DS you need to enter all of the credit card info everytime you buy one. With your paypal assoc. I don't need to do that. Plus, I still prefer using AMEX.
