The states and cities are excellent as is 'HomeSecurity'. Valuing the cities/states with a low $XXXX and remaining keywords in high $XXX I would ballpark it at $35,000 - $50,000. There are some select gems in there that could skew the price curve upward. As a portfolio of .cc, it's nice.
