I have received the domain, but my intentions were not to receive it free. I want to pay the seller, so I'm waiting for him to send me his paypal address.

All in all a long transaction, but completed none the less, so I'm happy in the end.

Thank you for all your concerns, and support, not only has it helped this transaction succeed, but I believe it also sends a message out that the DNForum.com takes their sales threads seriously, and will not sit idle when a fraudulant person (not saying he is) attempts to sell here.

:ok:

No worries, my exact PM was

"If your auction does not sell, I'll buy it for $15". I didn't try to ninja-steal bid from Mdurrant.

Glad everything was solved and everyone is happy.
Thank you Remnant for your honesty! :-)

As everyone can see- the auction DID sell, the seller did NOT terminate the sale before the expire date, which WAS 24 hours before the seller DELETED THE TERMS! If he wanted to accept Remnant's offer, he needed to do so PUBLICALLY, which he did not.

mdurrant won, Remnant's offer expired at the same time the auction was allowed to close, and fleaking made a mistake which he fixed to the buyer's satisfaction!

PLUS... in an amazing display of honesty and generosity, mdurrant is PAYING, even though the seller said he did not have to! WOW!

Thanks to everyone who stepped up and made this go right, and not another "ouch.com"!

Yes we do take sales here VERY SERIOUSLY!

If a person does not wish to do business 100% honestly and openly, then DO NOT post domains for sale here! Period!

Again, thanks to ALL who made this work out! :-)
