It would cost them a lot more then that to take a pop at udrp, in which case I think they already know their chances arent good , tough decision here for you , but I wouldn't loose any money at this point , I would explain to them that the domain gets a large amount of type-ins and is worth more on the market and more if developed into a "freebies" site ,try to come to a reasonable figure with them and actually make money.

I think you would only be cybersquating if their content was infinged upon since the domain is totally generic , how could they prove that it is their traffic? I think it would actually help you if the freebie site was up myself. Give them a fair market price and go from there I think.

What you paid for it at Snapnames plus the $ 250. is still less than
the $ 1,500 filing fee. Plus, you add into it the law firm fees.
Then, they have to decide if he has a chance of winning it.
Naturally they would love to pay you what you paid for it.
It is more valuable to them than you.
It would be foolish to sell it for less than $ 1,000.
If you agreed to sell it, they could use that against you.
