closed Ceiling.me and Ceilings.me

Hi there everyone, just wondering what you guys thought of these 2 domain names? How much do you guys reckon they're worth?

I was doing some keyword esearch earlier in a totally unrelated niche, and spotted that they were available, so nabbed them. Lots of possibilities, from ceiling repair etc (home improvement's a big niche) to subdomains, either making use of the .me extension, to make it related to the user, or for dividing into separate stores (i.e. lights.ceiling.me, waterproofing.ceilings.me, paint.ceilings.me etc.)

Any opinions?

And can't get a refund now, registered it myself, through namecheap.

Ah well, I guess I'll rank it and put a home improvements leadgen form on it? Is that a good idea, or should I do something else?
