For sale to a serious buyer. Asking $18,900. I have turned down an offer of $17,500 before, but now am probably willing to take less since I want to raise investment money for a new business.
My partner and I have owned the domain since the registration date of 28-Apr-1998. Again, this domain has been registered for OVER 11 years now. I hand registered it back then.
We have just been parking it at SmartName Classic, and I know you can optimize and improve the income.
The site was never promoted, and the traffic is extremely potent. With the current parking page, which I feel needs work, it gets something around 50% CTR.
I believe this domain should go to a buyer who is confident they can earn $300-$500+/mo from it, that way you can make your money back in just a few years and it will all be profit after that. I am busy with a lot of other projects and honestly I am no good at affiliate marketing.
With this parking page it's been earning somewhere around $150/mo, I will PM some stats from smartname to serious buyers. In the past when I had affiliate banners up, it was easily making $250/mo and up, and that was with me just slapping banners up there.
HUGE niche and this is a short keyword domain that is awesome for branding. This is a great opportunity for the right person/company.
It is with MyDomain but I am willing to transfer it to GoDaddy for a buyer or certain other top registrars like eNom.
Will consider certain domains/businesses and even other things as a PART of the payment if you want to do trades.
