Celebrity domain

I have read a few post about having a celebrity domain with com, net and org. Is it the same rules with .co.uk?
I have seen that one should set up a fan site etc, but how do you get images to it that is not copyrighted?

A noncommercial fan site might be better at .org.uk than .co.uk, wouldn't it?

Yeah but the thing is that I have a really great deal involving the .co.uk.
