Hello!
My partner and I have a huge network of fan-sites (over 200) and we're running into the problem of not
being able to manage all of the sites, keep them updated as much as they should be and so on. Our problem
is your gain, as we will be selling of a significant portion of our under-developed fansites and this will
provide you a great opportunity to get an established site (or sites if you want to buy more than one) at a
discounted price.
I will be providing the following information: proof of current adsense income, proof of where the site was before
we started neglecting it and current traffic. The majority of traffic has always and still comes from search engines
and with a little love, you should be able to get these sites making decent money.
General Site information
- All sites are run on textpattern, an open source CMS / blogging platform
- All sites are more or less in a state of decline because we haven't been updating, building links etc. However
they are all still getting traffic and clicks, guarenteed!
- The design on each site is unique, and although it isn't spectacular, it has done the trick for us so far.
- We will provide detailed transfer instructions to buyers and any auction that goes over $100 will be eligible
for a free transfer by us.
- Hosting arrangements can be worked out as well, if the buyer would like.
- We will also provide a quick run down of operating textpattern. You can manage the site with little to no
html knowledge. It's a simple program to use.
Misc info:
- Domains on enom, free push...we will create an account for you if you do not have one.
- All bidding starts for each site at $10 and will go to the highest bidder. Auction will run for one week
(Until August 1st 2008 at 8pm EST), or until bidding interest dies down.
- We will consider package offers, but no promises
