I sell my Sameera Reddy (Indian celebrity/actress) fan site. I sell this site because i am getting out of celebrity industry.
the site was bought for 100 $, a month ago.
It ranks for "Sameera Reddy" in second page of google (13th), so all you have to do is build some links and get it in the front page. Supposing that it gets to the frontpage the site can get almost 5x traffic which means a good adsense income.
Domain has a PR3 and is registered in eNom (free push).
The site has a unique biography and design. almost 1000 uniques visit this site.
Assume no revenue, as i don't track adsense for this site.
