Hello,

Suddenly this domain Century21.info started to have an increasing number of traffic, it's parked on sedo and it got minimal traffic, but this month it started to get an average of 12 visits per day! I checked the other extension and most are taken by a real estate site Century21.com, so i was wondering does this increase of decrease this domain's value? would it be a good idea to contact them and see if they'd be interested or is it actually illegal for me to own this domain?

i only see an error page not a sedo parking page. century 21 has several trademarks registered with the uspto.gov office.

century 21 is a big real estate agency. they own that trademark.. they might just beat you to the punch and contact you one of this days and request that you transfer over ownership to this domain'

Hi,

You certainly could not use the domain to put up a real estate site.

And if they wanted to file a UDRP to obtain the domain, they certainly could to so; they own the trademark.

But if you put up a PPC page and they never contact you, then you can just hold on to it!
