It is a new site and so there is no problem with complaints and not making any money yet. New owner can set the rate for sign up and it is only one field to fill in (Paypal address). Not much maintainence.

This is a very brandable name. If I were you I would keep it, for $99 it's a steal with the site, though I would most likely create my own.

Have you thought about holding this or throwing it on sedo or another domain sale site? This just doesn't seem to be the forum to get true value for anything, no offense intended. I just think that you could get at least a few hundred for this to an end user and perhaps a lot more. Looking at your profile it seems that you are familiar with domain sales...why is the price so low?

Thanks for the comment and I agree it is worth the BIN, and hopefully you would bid it as well. I sell domains a lot, but not websites, so I am trying to get a feel for it. It is really a bargain.
