Not looking to sell this domain, but am in the process of incorporating and for my rollover needed to get an idea of its value. It's a site for a very specialized field of professionals who create computer generated visualizations for architecture. (Same software that is used for Hollywood FX movies, but for architectural marketing)
The site get around 85,000 unique per month from all over the world, 1.1 million page views per month, 185,000 visits/mo. We currently generate a good revenue through online advertising. I can be PMed offline for the rough amount if it will help the valuation.
Last year we served 64 million banner impressions.
Any ballpark estimates would be welcomed.
