Picked up ChapterSearch.com which used to be a DVD Review site, it's the 5th site listed under Yahoo under DVD-Reviews:
http://dir.yahoo.com/Entertainment/Consumer_Electronics/Video/DVD/Reviews/

but it's more than 100 down for the search term 'DVD Review'

If nothing more it could be a good name for a column on our site

Right now http://www.chaptersearch.com goes to our DVD Reviews

"Search", obviously, is H-U-G-E on the internet! However, I'm not sure how many people are, or will be, searching for "chapters" or a "chapeter" (as I read/visualize it). Sorry. Good Luck.
