Chat script / software

Does anyone here know of a chat script/software that I can use on my website? I am looking for a software under $200.

Please let me know if you have used or heard about any good scripts.

Also if you have any software for sale let me know.

I'm using a free script at www.chatty.net phpMyChat from phpheaven.net

When there's no one chatting it works like a forum for the last
few days, few people telling jokes so far!

What are your requirments? What is the server? I have a java chat applet that would be usable for simple chats. I orginally made it for use on a low bandwidth connection when icq kept messing up (the person I was chatting with entire town was fed by one ISDN line).
