Cheap .in transfers & renewals

Does anyone know of a registrar that charges less than $12.79 per .in transfer or renewal? At the moment, Directi resellers (ResellerClub) seem to offer heavily discounted .in registrations, but transfers/renewals are full price.

I don't think any registrar offers a lower price because lower than 12.79 would mean selling it at a loss. Unless the in registry reduces the price, this price seems to be the lowest price possible.
