Looking to use SnapNames and am wondering if anyone here offers a new SnapName for less than the 69.00 they have on their web site.

Would prefer unlimited exchanges if possible ...

Thanks!

I bet there are quite a few on this board that will do that.
I did it yesterday but have now found a good use for the one I was going to sell.

those sold through API partners come with a limit of 3 exchanges. Therefore in the lifetime of a 1 year back order / snap purchased from NameAlerts you could monitor a total of 4 names (1 original + 3 exchanges) assuming none of them were successfully snapped.

NameAlerts does not offer unlimited exchanges. They are on my list though to compare.

Yes. I guess with the limited capacity to switch names, a discounted price (be it $49 or so) will soon become a standard for those API partners. Who will buy a snap for $69 from them when the same price at SnapNames.com comes with unlimited exchanges.

If you don't need to move your snap, you can go with them.
Choose wisely. :D

Just out of interest, how big a deal is the 3 exchange limit to you guys? How many times have you actually used a snap for both the original domain and more than 3 others? I'm very interested to know and I'm sure SnapNames would be too if this limit is a negative factor when considering doing business with their API partners.

Look forward to your thoughts,
Simon.

To me it's a big deal -- because I have exceeded after 3 months.
You could exceed it after a week also, it's just matter of how you play.
If you are going after some good names I advise you to use the one with unlimited exchanges.
Owners renew, other services catch...

Thanks for the link, looks good.

Another question... what is best registrar to use with them. Currently use OpenSRS and ENOM but they are not listed.

No what I meant was that these $49.00 snaps have no restrictions as to how many times you can move a particular snap whithin its 1 year life.

If you enter a name and are able to Snap it, and you CHECK the box, the amount below changes to the 49.00
