Cheapest .INFO domain registration?

Who is offering the cheapest .info domain registration? I am looking to register 400 .info domains as part of a test and so far Godaddy offers them for $2.99 is the cheapest I have found. I would prefer to register them somewhere and not worry about another "Registerfly"-type problem with someone like John Doe's first registrar website.

I registered a dot info today at Goddady for $1.19 with coupon '99info'

That would probably bee 99 cents plus their 20 cent icann fee. That may be the cheapest around. I will give it a try. Thanks
