There is regfly but they are not so reliable.
They are reseller for Tucows, maybe try with them direct.

Well it seems they actually use Tucows for some ccTLDS.
I have registered 1 .IT & 1 .AT with them.
Registrar for these names is Tucows.

For .IT I had to return a letter for the registry... via Tucows.
