cheapest place to register a .co.il Israeli domain

If I register direct through isoc.org.il it will cost around $60 for the first two years and then $20 for two years thereafter, are there any cheaper places to register an Israeli .co.il domain?

Only isoc.org.il but if you want to sell the name you'll register - think twice. Their process of changing registrant is a nightmare. I did not manage to pass it (not mentioning a lack of reliable communication with registrar - i tried any media).

They also say that it costs the full new registration fee to transfer as well.
