Cheapest registrars for .TV & .WS

I'm looking for the cheapest (always reliable) registrars where registering few .TV & .WS domains, thanks.

Considering I'd register just few ones from time to time, if you're a reseller and you can offer them at a discounted fee, we'll reg. under you when necessary.

Thanks egs but apart their "namecheap" company name, prices are not always so cheap:

.WS - $28.88 while we paid $8.99 at Answerable.com
.TV - $17.99 yes, much better than many other registrars, we'd use them for our .TV needs until we'll not find anything cheaper, thank you.
