Hello,
I got this domain a while ago and have decided to start developing it. A few pages have been listed in Google and it is getting (currently) very little traffic until I get involved in the SEO/Link Development side of it.

However, using Adsense I have had a few click throughs, 4 today to be precise mounting to $3.38 for 4 click throughs. So how would I put a value onto the domain name knowing that?
How would you appraise it? Will this site be of good value when I develop it and get some traffic running though it? I see the loans business is very competitive, including in SEO, but I feel confident I can make something of this domain.
