For Sale Cheapsnaps problem

I renewed a snap over there & after I paid for it I was told that I couldn't renew it as I couldn't renew it any longer than 24 months or something.

Right, I send a email to support explaining the issue & they just apoligized & told me why you won't know if you can't renew it before you pay for it.

Ok fine, I send back another email asking if I can get a refund then since I paid for the renewal & didn't get anything out of it..... been I think about 3 days now & haven't gotten any response ???

This happened to me to..it's been more than a week now, and I haven't got my refund yet. I am thinking about writing to Snapnames.
