it's just a free script from cheatsdatabase.com. You site doesn't seem to recieve traffic (no alexa rating, and I know alexa isn't everything but it's at least an indicator). So no value for the site itself right now.
The name is nice, it would be a lot better if it was searchcheats.com. I would appraise the name at $30.
