Ok the site was already sold and than their were more than 1 person who wanted the site and somebody who even said "Damn I missed it" . So this was perfectly fine in all respects .

EDIT - Oops i thought you sold it already . I didn't see you post that the guy didn't buy it . Sorry for trashing your thread but I thought it was over already .
