Hello, i own the website cheatgenius.co.uk I have been developing this website for the past 2 years. The website is ranked well in google and gets around 20,000 uniques a day overall and 50,000 page views. It has a google pagerank of 6 and over 60,000 pages in google. With 42,600 links found on google. I am not interested in selling this at the moment, just would liek a apprasial for if/when i want to sell it.

It's obviously rigged to earn money. All sorts of shit tried to download itself when I went there. Yeah, nice traffic though.

Nice, was expecting a little more than that tho. That would be under 10 months revenue i thought the standard was 14 times monthly revenue.

Standard is more like 12mths revenue. But you can get paid from 6mths - 36mths revenue.

I would appraise higher but gaming sites are not the best sites to make revenue from. Not to mention I'm not sure how many people would pay 14x time the revenue when the revenue is coming from those activex ads.

They may not be the best, but they certainly are not the worst. Game Sites can be very profitable, even without using ActiveX ads you can make up alot of money from them. You got to figure out how. I personally havent bothered until now, since ActiveX was fine. But now I am looking further a field.
