Yes, if developed, this could be an exceptionally good name.
Most institutions require a book called MDS (now a site) that has all known products, chemicals, ingredients, hazards, volatility, and treatment.
Hospitals and disaster preparedness teams have to know where and how to access this information.
A site similar with this name could be superb in the sense of Hazmat and general information of all chemicals and compound.
As just a name, I have to say mid $500-$1500, if that much.
The real appeal is in a site and the site's potential.
